Privacy policy
This is a demo project: the Rasa studio is made up, and appointment and voucher requests go to the site's developer (northpine/studio), not to a real studio.
In short
This site uses no advertising, analytics or visitor tracking. We only receive your details when you send an appointment or voucher request yourself.
Appointments and vouchers
When you send a form we receive what you entered: the treatment or voucher, the specialist you prefer, the day and time of day, your name, phone, email (if given) and comment. We use them only to contact you and confirm the appointment or voucher, which you agreed to.
- Storage. The request is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database in the European Union so the studio can see it in its editing panel. It is deleted automatically after 30 days.
- Email. The studio is notified by email through Brevo (an email delivery service in the EU). If you gave an email address, you get a confirmation that the request arrived.
Spam protection
To keep bots away from the forms we use Cloudflare Turnstile. When you send a form, Cloudflare checks technical signals from your browser to confirm a person is filling it in. Turnstile uses no advertising cookies and does not use this data to track you. More: Cloudflare Turnstile privacy terms. Only a few requests can be sent from one address in a short time.
Map
The map does not load by itself. Only when you press "Show map" is it loaded from Google Maps: Google then receives your IP address and browser details and may set its own cookies, as on any Google site. Until you load the map, Google receives nothing from this site. More: Google privacy policy.
Cookies
For an ordinary visit the site itself sets no cookies (Google cookies are possible only after loading the map, see above). A cookie is set only when you ask for it: when you try the editing panel in the demo (your own copy of the content, deleted after an hour) or sign in to the panel. These cookies are needed for that action and are not used for tracking.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, or withdraw your consent. Write to info@northpinestudio.lt. You can also contact the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania.
On a real site
On a working studio's site the data controller would be the studio (its name, company or sole-trader code and contacts), and requests would be kept only as long as needed to confirm and carry out the appointment.
